Reflact is the contemporary framework for teaching and learning.

Reflact (reflect + act) is interdisciplinary and builds on the principles of systemic teaching and learning.

“We understand learning and teaching differently. We think anything can be googled, youtubed, ChatGPTed. So, instead of telling students what to learn, reflection is more relevant than content. And… action!

Hence, reflect + act = Reflact.

When reflacting, we do not differentiate between students and professors or lecturers. We all learn. We all teach each other. That is what we call lehrnen in german. A creation of lehren (=to teach) + lernen (to learn)

Teachers become learners. Learners become teachers. And we all Reflact.”
